What am I entitled to as a client?

A private office or a desk (depending on service subscribed to), internet connection, access to boardroom and meeting room, constant power supply, parking space for you and your employees, office support: I.T, printing, scanning, cleaning and so much more.

Are meeting rooms free?

As a serviced client, you are entitled to free use of the conference and meeting room per week; as a mobile office subscriber, you are allocated particular hours every month. If you exceed your allocated hours, you will have to pay to use it.

Will I need to pay a deposit on my chosen office?

Yes. You’d be required to pay a deposit based on your chosen payment plan.

What are your standard opening hours?

8 AM- 6 PM Monday to Friday. Weekends are subject to request

How soon can I move into my office?

Soon! We’ve had clients move in just a week after signing their agreement, although the average is about two weeks.

Serviced offices provide ready-to-use office space on flexible rental agreements. A typical serviced office is provided fully furnished and offers a range of onsite services and facilities; most or all of which are included within the serviced office rental rate.

What’s included in my serviced office rate?

Our serviced office rate includes; office furniture, IT infrastructure, telecoms system, utilities, maintenance and cleaning services as well as access to a kitchen. This include a reception area and the use of a conference room.

Our consultants are available to help you with all your queries concerning the current market rates and are always available to guide you through the process of getting the best space for your business.

What is the minimum term I can sign for?

This is dependent on which of our services you are subscribing to, the shortest contract for our serviced office is 1 month while we will not go beyond a year (12 months) at a time. We will also try to accommodate you as best we can by allowing you to change to a more suitable office within the centre if one is available. For example if your company expands more quickly than you anticipated moving to a bigger office may be an option; this allows you switch to bigger and more suitable office without waiting till the end of your contract.
